Niki grew up in the Gillett area and was a 2012 graduate of Troy Area High School. After graduation, she continued on to Northampton Community College where she graduated with her Associate in Applied Sciences with specialty in Mortuary Sciences in 2015. In 2020, Niki joined the Lowery-Urban family. What she takes pride in most in regard to her profession is the ability to help families through one of life's most difficult times.

In her free time, Niki enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling with her family.
