Kevin Welch Obituary
Kevin C. Welch, 62, of Gillett, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Robert Packer Hospital.
Born on April 1, 1952 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Ivan J. and Joyce A. Cannan Welch. Kevin was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force. He loved fast bikes, hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Among his many professions, Kevin was most proud about his 16 year career at Hardinge Brothers in Elmira. He is predeceased by his brother Roby Welch.
Kevin is survived by his beloved daughter Tiffany Welch of Big Flats, NY, previous wife of 17 years Vicki A. Balon, brothers Craig Welch and Timothy Welch, as well as a close circle of friends, including Steve Kelly of Erin, NY.
At Kevin's request there will be no services at this time. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
