Alexander "Alex" J. Arnold, Jr.

Alexander J. “Alex” Arnold, Jr., 34, of Waverly, NY, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Robert Packer Hospital from complications of MRSA Infection.

He was born on January 27, 1992, in Binghamton, NY, the son of Christopher Arnold and Shawn (Butters) Arnold.

Alex loved landscaping, enjoyed fishing and motorcycles. He was a lover of many women.

He is predeceased by his father, Christopher Arnold.

Alex is survived by his mother and step-father, Shawn and Peter Gowan, daughter, Aryanna E. Arnold; son, Alexander J. Arnold, Jr.; brothers, Christopher Mastrantonio and Hunter Gowan, and mother-in-law, Sheila Perry. Alex is also survived by his many special friends, including Paige Bryant, Mike Bishop, Allen Cron, and many others that he loved hanging out with.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
