Virginia "Ginger" (Dailey) (Billings) Snow

Virginia "Ginger" (Billings) Snow, 74, of Waverly, NY, passed away on Saturday, April. 6, 2024 at Elderwood Nursing Home. 

She was born on November 30, 1949, in Binghamton, NY, the daughter of the late William and Marion (Swan) Dailey.

Ginger enjoyed crafts of all kinds, knitting, crocheting, and Tupperware. She was involved with the Chenango Fire Department for years. Ginger was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved all animals.

She is predeceased by her brothers Butch and Jim and sisters Virginia and Mary Ellen.

Virginia is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years Jeffrey Snow, her daughters Jennifer (Frederick) Jicha, and Jody Steadman-Keanon, grandchildren Benjamin, Latisha (Jacob), Melina (Tyler), Jeffrey (Autumn), Jacquline (Jon), great grandchildren Donovan, Emaline, Maylee, siblings Bill, Ed, Al, and Pat, in-laws, aunts, uncles, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Satufday, April 13, 2024 at 1pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 510 Ann Street, Towanda, PA. The family is being assisted by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home, Inc., Athens, PA. 

Memorial donations may be made in Virginia's memory to Stray Haven Animal Shelter, 194 Sherpard Road, Wavery, NY 14892.
