Victor J. “Jack” Morley, Sr., 93, of South Waverly, PA passed away at Robert Packer Hospital with his family by his side on July 22, 2025.
He was born on April 12, 1932, in Laceyville, PA.
Victor was a graduate of Athens High School. Following graduation, he was employed with Ingersoll Rand, retiring after 44 years of faithful service. He loved spending time outdoors, especially gardening and fishing. He enjoyed watching baseball and football. Victor loved dogs of any breed.
He is predeceased by his parents Herbert Morley, Sr. and Maude Ophelia Knolles Morley, his wife; Janis Morley, companion; Elsie Bennett, his son Victor J. Morley, Jr., brothers; William Morley, Herbert Morley, Jr., and Lyle Morley, and sisters; Esther Geiger, Grace Bracken, and Jean Fischer.
Victor is survived by his children; Linda Gautie, Kathy (Gerry) Brunelle, Patricia (Don) Johnson, Karen (John) Bargsley, William “Bill” Morley, and Jeraldine (Peter) Baichoo, grandchildren; Andrew (Taylor) Johnson, Taylor Galasso, Thomas Morley, Walter (Gwen) Wampole, Adam (Sarah) Wampole, Brook (Greg) Berard, Paige (Michael) Shaw and Blair (Issac) Wampole, and 8 great-grandchildren; June, Jack, and Jeremiah Johnson, Walter “Lloyd” Wampole V, Roman Wampole, Isabella Berard, Brexten and Korra Joy Wampole, and Lucas Deaville. He is also survived by his longtime companion; Lida Warman, sister; Janet Readenour, brothers; Robert (Nancy) Morley, Dean (Doris) Morley, and James (Maririta) Morley, several nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog; Bambi.
A Time of Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 11am-1pm at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. Funeral Services will follow at 1pm at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at the Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens, PA.
