Michael F. Ricci

Michael F. Ricci, 65, of Orwell Twp., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Robert Packer Hospital following an extended illness.

He was born on November 17, 1958, in Towanda, PA, the son of the late Francis and Patricia (Hope) Ricci.

Michael was retired from Lockheed Martin. He was passionate about his hobbies. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, car racing, and the Philadelphia Eagles. One of Mike’s favorite things to do was motorcycling with his wife, Colleen. He enjoyed hunting and cooking. One of his favorite enjoyments was playing Santa Claus at various companies in the area.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years; Colleen Ricci, daughter; Amanda (Harry) Shipman, son; Matthew (Lea Manzo) Ricci, grandchildren; Kelsey Christianson, Riley Christianson, Kenric Ricci, Kamden Ricci, and Raelynn Ricci, his sisters; Patricia (Alexander) Milo, Rose Mary (Troy) Bowersox, and Mary Ann “Annie” Howell. He is also survived by his step-children, step grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and his dogs; Bear and Bentley.

Following Michael’s wishes, there will be no services. The family is being cared for by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
