She is predeceased by her beloved husband E. Maurice Fay, siblings Shirley (Clifford) Millard, Richard (Lois) Keene, Gerald Keene, Edward (Carol) Keene, and brothers-in-law, James Birney and Fred Hill.

Louise is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Terry and Roger Harris, Sandy and Bill Licata, and Barb and Mike Soprano; grandchildren, Roger and Stacey Harris, Daniel and Jennifer Harris, Jessica and Clinton Wright, Jennifer Kohler, Nicholas and Keiran Soprano, and Michael and Jennifer Soprano; and great-grandchildren, Emberlynne, Brayleigh, Zoey, Ryland, Corbin, Jackson, William, Olivia, Vincent, Nathan, Cameron, Owen, Maryn, Josiah, Nicholas, and Elouise.
