Larry H. VanDyke

Larry H. VanDyke, 87, of Sayre, PA passed away Saturday October 14, 2023 on his late wife Debbie’s birthday and their anniversary, at home following an extended illness. 

He was born June 14, 1936 in Tyrone, NY the son of the late Howard and Marjorie (Rapilee) VanDyke.

Larry was a father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great-great grandfather.  He was a farmer and a mechanic. 

He is predeceased by his wife Debora (Stern) VanDyke, all of his siblings, his children Jeffrey VanDyke, Julie Hitchcock, Tari Jo Morgan, and grandson Joey VanDyke.

Larry is survived by his children Christina VanDyke, Randy (Sherrie) VanDyke, Andy VanDyke, former daughters-in-law Leslie Gallagher, Christine Bradley, step son Joseph Miller, sons-in-law David Morgan, Roger Hitchcock, Jr., Bocky Kitchin, Greg Moldt, and Chris Ameigh, daughter- in- law Lori VanDyke, granddaughter-in-laws Laurel Tobbe, Amanda Gann, Valerie Jerrell, many grandchildren great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, brother Harry VanDyke, and many nieces and nephews, and former spouse and mother of his children Judy VanDyke.
