Keilen James Carpenter

Keilen James Carpenter, 26, of Waverly, NY, passed away unexpectedly on January 20, 2025, at his home.

He was born on July 10, 1998, in Acworth, GA, to Marque Lon and Anne Marie (Hibbs) Carpenter.

Keilen loved spending time with his son. He was an avid player of Dungeons and Dragons, and enjoyed playing video games. Keilen loved researching various subjects and sharing the knowledge he learned with his family and friends, most recently about birds. He was very devoted to AA, and was always willing to help others with their journey through AA.

He is predeceased by his father Marque Lon Carpenter.

Keilen is survived by his loving wife; Crystal Shabazian, son; Josiah Zayn Carpenter, mother; Anne Marie Carpenter, sisters; Juliette Nicole Carpenter, Jessica Lynne Carpenter Evans; Kaitlin Marie Carpenter; brother; Kylan John-Draper Carpenter, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. The family is being cared for by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
