Faith F. (Webster) Carl

Faith Webster Carl, 62, of Pittsburgh, PA went to be with the Lord Saturday evening September 9, 2023 while surrounded by her loving family. Faith was born in Bethesda, Maryland on February 1, 1961. She was the daughter of the late Clifford O. Webster and Carolyn A. Webster. She attended and graduated from Bald Eagle Nittany High School in Mill Hall, PA in 1979. She was employed by Empyrean Services, a Consulting Solutions Company.

Faith’s main joy in life was spending time with her beloved grandchildren and family. When she wasn’t spending time with her family, she was an avid sports fan – most notably for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Penn State Nittany Lions. Faith was an extremely talented calligraphist and loved to read and write. Her favorite times were around the holidays with her family and friends - baking, playing games, and laughing. Faith was always willing to help anyone in need and was an extremely compassionate person.

Faith is survived by her three children, Lauren (Nathan) Iorio of Pittsburgh, PA, Brittany (Len) Briggs of Pittsburgh, PA, and Nicholas (Ann) Carl of Denver, CO; grandchildren Bryce, Grant and Rhett Iorio of Pittsburgh, PA, Hunter and Holden Briggs of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by her sister Pam (Les)Wood of Athens and her brothers; Harry (Melissa Smith) Webster of Norfolk, MA, and Roy Webster of Baltimore; nephews Ryan (Elise Nelsen) Wood of Athens, PA, Aaron (Carrie) Wood of Curwensville, PA, niece Carolyn (Josh) Celidonia of Moon, PA, nephew Tyler (Katie) Webster of Charlotte, NC, great nephew Parker Wood of Curwensville, PA, great nieces Isabella Faith Wood of Curwensville, PA and Ariana Nelsen of Athens, PA.

Friends and family may call on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA 18810, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm.  Burial will take place on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 11:00 am at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 47 Rest Haven Drive, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
