Eileen Selberg Obituary

Eileen G. Selberg, 83, of Sayre, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at her home following an extended illness.

She was born on April 25, 1938, in Little Fork, MN, the daughter of the late Edward J. and Ruby S. (Good) Lynch.

Eileen loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She was an avid reader. After her retirement she enjoyed volunteering for the Food Bank.

Eileen is survived by beloved husband of 60 years; Lyle E. Selberg, children; Diane (Jeff) Smith and Brian (Kim Rickert) Selberg, grandchildren; Lindsey (Damien) Benoit, Andrew (Angela) Smith, and Megan Rickert, great grandchild; Melora Smith, and brother Raymond Lynch.

At Eileen’s request, there will be no services. The family is being assisted by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA.
