Dena A. Wilkinson

Dena A. Wilkinson, 69, of Lowman, NY passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Robert Packer Hospital surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 17, 1956, in Lockwood, NY, the daughter of the late Kenneth S. and June O. (Moore) Nichols. Until she retired, Dena worked 35 years in housekeeping at Robert Packer Hospital. She enjoyed shopping and had a love for thrifting. Dena will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.

Dena is survived by husband; Lavern Wilkinson, daughter; June Perry, step-daughter; Terri Wakefield and her husband, Shawn, grandson; Michael Perry and his wife, Darrel, granddaughter; Briana Egwu and her husband, Paul, great-grandchildren; Kyra Wood, Myah, Odyn, and Addyson Perry, and Xavier Egwu; siblings Mary Lou Horvath and her husband, William, Laura Ellis, William Nichols, Jeannette Bergene and her husband, Steve, John Nichols, and Fred Nichols and his wife, Sara, aunt; Alice Horton, son-in-law; Paul Perry, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her dear friend Amber Thorpe and her brother-in-law Dale Ellis.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
