Deborah "Debby" Lee (Saylor) Smith

Deborah “Debby” Lee Smith, 71, of East Pharsalia, NY, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2023.

Debby was born in Washington, D.C. on December 2, 1951, the daughter of Edwin & Mary Saylor. 

Debby was best known for her quick-witted humor & generous spirit. She enjoyed fishing with her friends, “going out” to the casino with the girls, spending time with her family (her biological family & the "family" she acquired along the way). She loved animals, especially horses. Some would say she loved animals more than she loved most people. In short, Debby was the most caring & giving person one could ever meet. 

Debby is survived by her “old man” Danny Mullins; her two favorite sons Danny Wayne Mullins Jr. & Donavan (Alisha) Mullins; her beloved grandchildren Danny (Alexis) Mullins III, Wade Mullins, Stephanie (Devin) Murray, John Baker Jr., Leannah Mullins, Donavan (Jeanine) Mullins Jr., Virginia (Joseph) Mullins, Evyn Mckeraghan & her three precious great- grandchildren Alexander, Summer & Alistair.

Debby was predeceased by her parents, Edwin & Mary & her brother Kenny. Per Debby’s wishes, there will be no formal services. There will be a gathering for family & close friends at a later date.

Because of her love of animals, the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the local SPCA.
