Sheila Kathryn Hess December 31st, 1978 - May 11th, 2020. Sheila Kathryn Hess died Monday May 11th, 2020 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.
She was born at St. Joseph's Hospital, in Elmira, NY on December 31st, 1978 to Richard and Laurie (Christian) Campbell.
She lived a life that was full of love both to and from her family. Even in the hardest times, she was always able to keep a great sense of humor. She had a contagious laugh and was a passionate and ardent storyteller. She was an avid homesteader and often worked with children, which she loved. Quick-witted and entertaining, she had an irresistible charismatic energy. She approached life with a vivacious tenacity and always with a laugh. She loved the Earth. Nature was her sacred space. She believed in the magic that we all live in everyday life.
She was preceded in death by her father Richard Campbell.
Sheila is survived by her loving husband Patrick Hess, her children Angela Hess, Lauren Hess and Robert Hess, daughter in Spirit Erin Carson, furry son Cerberus, her mother Laurie Campbell, and her brother Robert Campbell.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony that will be celebrated later in the summer and an announcement will be made. The family is being cared for by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA. At the family's request please no flowers.
