Shawna F. (Sturgill) Cass

Shawna F. Cass, 48, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Robert Packer Hospital following an extended illness.

She was born on June 19, 1972 in Norton, VA, daughter of the late Denver and Retha (Givens) Sturgill.

She is predeceased by her husband of 25 years; Robert Cass and daughter; Brittany Cass.

Shawna is survived by her siblings; Fred (Susan) Sturgill, Lynn (Donna) Sturgill, and Anna Mae (Kenneth) Huffman, mother-in-law and father-in-law; Raymond and Laurie Cass, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call on Monday, February 15, 2021 from 3pm-4pm at the

Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the funeral home at 4pm with the Rev. Linda Rogers officiating.
