Phillip Michael Law, 72, of Athens, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at his home with his loving wife and family by his side, following an extended illness.
He was born in Waverly, NY on July 30, 1949, the son of the late John P. and Phyllis C. (Custer) Law.
Michael was a Veteran of the US Army, serving during the Vietnam War. During his time in the service, he was the recipient of the Vietnam Service Medal, a Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts prior to his honorable discharge. Hewas a talented artist, craftsman, and photographer.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years Fe Law, his children Misha Yoshida of NJ and Christina Law of CA, Analisa Nuenay and Amerikha Altamia of the Phillipines, siblings Peter (Kathy) Law, Peggy (John) Allgeier, and Michele (Jim) Truex, close friends who were always there for him Ed (Rose) Hiley, and Bill (Milly) Allen.
Honoring Phillip's wishes, there will be no services. The family is being assisted by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
