Kari Louise (Allen) Sitzer

Kari Sitzer, 46, of Sayre, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Robert Packer Hospital.

She was born on June 7, 1975, in Sayre, PA, the daughter of William and Mildred (Swetland) Allen.

Kari loved spending time with her daughter and her pets.

She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Dick and Betsy Swetland and father-in-law Gary Sitzer.

Kari is survived by her husband of 23 years, Jeff, at home, daughter Alexa Sitzer at home, parents Bill and Milly Allen of Ridgebury, PA, brother Jon Allen and his wife, Karin, of Sayre, PA, sisters-in-law Kristy (Preston) Powell of South Carolina and Emily Sandt of New Mexico, father-in-law and mother-in-law Charles and Evelyn Sandt of Ulster, PA, nieces Erica, Alysha, and Kaylee, nephew Bradley, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A private family service will be held at a later date. The family is being assisted by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.

Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery.
